Service frequency depends on usage and rental duration. For most events, we recommend servicing every 2-3 days. For construction sites with heavy usage, daily service may be required. We'll work with you to establish an appropriate maintenance schedule.

We service all locations throughout San Jose and the greater Santa Clara County area, including Santa Clara, Sunnyvale, Milpitas, Campbell, Los Gatos, Morgan Hill, and Gilroy. Additional fees may apply for deliveries outside our standard service area.

We recommend placing your order as soon as your event date is confirmed, especially for large events or during peak seasons (spring through fall). A minimum of 2 weeks notice is preferred, but we'll do our best to accommodate last-minute requests — same-day delivery is available when possible.

Our units can be placed on most level surfaces including grass, dirt, gravel, asphalt, and concrete. For soft ground or uneven terrain, we may use stabilizing blocks. Please inform us of any special placement considerations when placing your order.

All waste is pumped from the units and transported to a licensed waste treatment facility in full compliance with California and federal regulations.

Our team delivers units using specialized trucks and places them at your desired location (if accessible). After your rental period, we return to clean, pump, and remove the units.

Yes. We offer winterized portable toilets with anti-freeze treatments and insulated options for cold conditions. While San Jose enjoys mild weather, let us know if your rental will be in unusually cold temperatures.
