Our Portable Toilet Services

We offer a variety of portable restroom options including standard units, ADA-compliant accessible units, luxury restroom trailers with flushing toilets and sinks, and hand washing stations. We can help you determine the best solution for your specific needs in San Jose and the surrounding South Bay area.

Service frequency depends on usage and rental duration. For most events, we recommend servicing every 2-3 days. For construction sites with heavy usage, daily service may be required. We'll work with you to establish an appropriate maintenance schedule.

We service all locations throughout San Jose and the greater Santa Clara County area, including Santa Clara, Sunnyvale, Milpitas, Campbell, Los Gatos, Morgan Hill, and Gilroy. Additional fees may apply for deliveries outside our standard service area.

We recommend placing your order as soon as your event date is confirmed, especially for large events or during peak seasons (spring through fall). A minimum of 2 weeks notice is preferred, but we'll do our best to accommodate last-minute requests — same-day delivery is available when possible.

Our units can be placed on most level surfaces including grass, dirt, gravel, asphalt, and concrete. For soft ground or uneven terrain, we may use stabilizing blocks. Please inform us of any special placement considerations when placing your order.

We provide prompt emergency service for all our rentals. If a unit becomes damaged or malfunctions, simply call us at (669) 370-0888 and we'll dispatch a service technician to repair or replace the unit as quickly as possible at no additional charge.
